Exhaust Filter – Cleaner exhaust air from your Central Vacuum

The Exhaust Filter attaches to your central vacuum’s exhaust and catches the fine dust before it reaches the air. That makes for a cleaner, healthier home.

Fitting
The filter fits tightly onto a central vacuum fitting with a 2-3/16 inch (56 mm) outer diameter, such as a coupling or a 90° elbow.

Dimensions
11.5″ (29 cm) long, 4.5″ (11.5 cm) wide and 4.5″ (11.5 cm) tall, tapering toward the far end.

Replacement
Replace the filter about every third time you empty the vacuum’s dirt canister, or sooner if it looks dark and discolored.

Not suitable for cyclonic systems
Cyclonic central vacuums send too much dust through the exhaust. On those systems, the filter clogs quickly, and the resulting back-pressure can damage the motor.
