Hide-A-Hose-Europe delivers to all countries within the European Union ánd outside of the European Union. The latter might take some more time due to extra rules and paperwork we are bound to.

Installing a Hide-A-Hose hose retraction system is basically the same as installing common piping systems for central vacuums. Hide-A-Hose matches with almost all common brands that use a 2″ piping system. You can simply buy this piping system in your own country from your favorite supplier, but you can also co-order it from the Hide-A-Hose webshop.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return or exchange your order – preferably in its original packaging – without giving a reason. If you want to return an article you are to sent an email in which you state you wish to return the items. You will then receive a return-form that needs to be filled in and added to the returned goods. Send the materials to: Hide a Hose Europe, Veldstraat 8a, 5176NB, De Moer, The Netherlands. Used, defective, damaged, incomplete and specially ordered materials will not be returned. The shipping costs of returning are for your account. Please hold onto the proof-of-shipment-slip until you get our confirmation that we received the shipment.

VISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Is your order visibly damaged? If so, refuse the shipment and have the carrier confirm the damage on the delivery notee. It is also possible that the package is visibly damaged but you cannot immediately check whether the product in the package is also damaged. You can then accept the shipment but always state on the waybill that you do so ‘subject to damage’. Is the product damaged anyway? Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery to Hide-A-Hose customer service (info@hideahose.eu), preferably with a digital photo of the damage.

INVISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If the transport damage is only discovered after opening the packaging, it is normally signed for good receipt whereby in principle any liability claim is rejected. In this case, the recipient must be able to prove that the damage occurred is the fault of the carrier. Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery to Hide-A-Hose customer service (info@hoseahose.eu), preferably with a digital photo of the damage.

Speed is standard! Delivery is fast and almost always from stock. Every working day orders are shipped from the central warehouse according to the principle: ordered before 12:00 pm = shipped the same day! Usually your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days later. Different delivery date? You can indicate if you want your order to be delivered on a different date or to a different address.
